What happens next

We go through your change process
How change is governed in your Jira today, and whether Concessa actually fits it. If it does not, we will say so — the product is deliberately narrow.

We install on a site you nominate
Usually a sandbox first. It is a pure Forge app, so the install is an Atlassian one: nothing to provision, no keys to exchange and no network access to open. A site administrator has to approve the scopes, which are listed on the consent screen before anybody agrees to anything.

We set one project up with you
Bind an agent role, nominate the issue types that count as changes, and declare any freeze windows. That is Administrator setup, and it takes about two minutes.

You run a real change through it
Record it, get it approved, and take an evidence export. That export is the thing worth judging the product on.
